Default Default GMC Silverado 1998 Truck 4x4

I noticed lately my truck makes a funny humming sound near rear end, only makes sounds when acclerating, when I let my foot off the gas peddle the sound goes away while gliding, once I put my foot on the gas peddle the sound starts again, sounds like I got big ground grips on the tires, but I don't. I got both the front and back rear end filled and new brakes on the back.. Just wondering if anyone would possibly know ...? was thinking u-joints or bearings...not sure HELP!
