Default Silverado Z71

I'm hearing a medium to loud hum when I make a right turn after driving my truck for awhile. I already replaced the entire wheel hub assembly and haven't even put a 100 miles on the new part yet and heard the noise again today. I still have stock rims, but new tires. Tires are not rubbing as far as I can tell. The noise only occurs after lengthy drives, like it has to get hot before it hums. Otherwise, all is normal. Any ideas of what I should try next? Thanks.
