I have a 93 Gmc sierra and recently pressure washed my engine. Immediately after doing so, my truck no longer shifts out of first gear unless I really give it gas. If I do that it will shift extremely rough and between 2.5k and 3k rpm's. It is also idling rough and high.. Now these are all symptoms of a bad TPS but i replaced that and it is still doing all of these things.... The only other thing that i can think of is a vacuum line but i can not find anything.... HELP!!!

 

Did you knock the TV/kick down cable off of the throttle? I wonder if something didn't happen to the kickdown cable.
