Default water makes electric door locks go crazy

I have a 1990 silverado, 3/4 ton 4x4. When I wash the truck or it rains the electric locks start activating uncontrollably. First few times they would stop after a day or so. Since then they continue until the battery is dead. I replaced all door, window and hood rubber. I also trickled water on the windshield, avoiding the doors completely, so what is water coming in contact with?
