i have a96 tacoma 4x4.when i'm driving it around , if i come to a stop for what ever reason the gas pedal sticks.everytimei start off the pedal sticks. while i going at speed it's fine. it only does it when i start off. i have check the linkage and it;s fine. i don't know what it is, but i know ti's not the linkage cable. any ideas. thanks.

 

your throttle cable might have a bad frayed spot
