Hey guys I’m new here so if I’m in the wrong error I apologize. But I recently purchased a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500HD with 210k miles. My questions are my truck doesn’t have a transmission temperature gauge?! I looked at pictures of other 1500HD’s and they all seem to have the transmission temperature gauge so I was wondering if maybe my cluster was replaced? This would be annoying because then I wouldn’t know the real miles that are on the truck. The other thing is the truck doesn’t have a tow hitch. It has the transmission and power steering fluid cooler and the tow/ haul mode on the gear selector so I was wondering if it was possible for my truck not to come with a tow hitch? Maybe it not having a tow hitch is why I don’t have a transmission temperature gauge? Thanks in advance for any input.
