00 1/2 ton no power seats can i replace?

Default 00 1/2 ton no power seats can i replace?
I justbought a 00 gmc sierra 1500, with no power seats. Can i but a set of power seats from the wreaking yard and use them? Are the wiiring harnesses generic, or differentper options?
