Default 03 Silverado 1500 CEL

pulled the code for the CEL and i think it was P0172 and P0174.. both meaning that it is lean in banks 1 and bank 2. This problem has come up befor, about 3 months ago, we checked the fuel pressure, new fuel pump,. EVerything. finally took it to the dealer, said fix this. They cleaned out the TB. and it ran perfect.. a few weeks ago, security forces took the truck for a trip.. (roughly a 2-3 hour round trip.) CEl poped up again, same code. sprayed TB cleaner in...and no more CEL....what could be the cause of this? is there something we need to do so we dont have to keep cleaning the TB every time the truck hits 3 hours of opperation? Thanks for alll the help guys.

I would normally assume that it was a bad 02 sensor but with both banks showing the same problem I'm not sure.

Possible intake/gaskets. I know they have updated intake gaskets for these codes. Possible warped intake as well. Just something to look into.
