05 silverado non heated seats

Question: is it possible to add aftermarket seat heater componets, to factory seats with fabric upholstry? Unsure if fabric will withstand the heat. Any thoughts?

Not sure on that one. Every vehicle I have seen with heated seats has leather interior.
