Hi,

I have a 1981 chevrolet short box. Its my summer street truck. Anyways, I'm looking into putting a high RPM torque converter and a shift kit in it this summer, but i want to change the rear end. Its only a 10bolt 2:73 right now, and I'd like to change it to either a 10bolt Posi 3:73 or up gear ratio. Or even change the whole thing for a 12bolt posi 3:73 or up. I wouldn't mind saving a few bucks and going to a junk yard to find these parts, so I was wondering if anyone could recommened some good vehicles to look for and what they would have in their rear ends.
