1999 Sierra seat belt light
I'm new here so if I'm posting in the wrong area, be patient. I know there's bigger issues out there but this is irritating the heck out of me. My seat belt light either stays on constantly OR flashes, depending on how it feels I guess. I've checked the two wires under the seat for a cut/bare spot that could be grounding out but found nothing. I've always assumed when you buckle up it completes a ground and the light goes out. I'm guessing there has to be a switch of some sort in the female end and if so, can just that be replaced or would the whole female end have to be? Thanks in advance for any advice!
