2000 5.3 won't idel

Default 2000 5.3 won't idel
Tried to start truck this am and dash went blank. Popped hood twisted on battery cables & fired right up. Now won't idle. Any suggestions.

It lost its idle learn...just drive it over 40 a tad,she'll relearn
