2004 Chevy Silverado headlight adjustment

Does anyone know how to adjust the headlights on a 2004 Chevy Silverado? the up and down is no problem, but can't find the side to side. Please help

That adjustment screw should be up top towards the inside of each headlight.

Well that's what I thought. All my other GM's were like that bit my 2004 doesn't seem to have that adjustment. What am I missing? Is it possible there is no side to side adjuster?
