I have a GMC quad cab and last night driving it home from work my interior lights came on and got a message saying passenger rear door ajar , the door was shut tight but i shut it again and the message went away and interior lights went out. I tried locking the doors last night when i got out of the truck and it locked but a minute later the alarm was going off and the doors were all shut. Is there a sensor inside the latch system on the door and if so how hard is it to replace. Thanks in advance.

 

Same problem in my 2006 Silverado door locks, wipers, interior lights, hi-beam headlights, blinkers this all are not working. I turn the key on and it chimes as normal before starting. I don't know what the exact problem is. Now i have decided to show my truck dealer for where I brought.
