truck won't start but the battery seems to be ok volts look ok the dash lites all come on ant the fuel pump cycles but the starter does not turn over even with a boost has anyone had this problem

Yeah, I had that problem on my 92, but not on anything that new. My problem was the starter.
It seems to me like it is a computer problem and your truck may not think it is in park leading me to your neutral sensor being bad. I may be wrong on this being that it is a newer truck, but the truck is programmed so it won't start in any gear except park, and if it thinks it's not in park... it won't start.
There's my shot in the dark Welcome to the forum by the way!

Watch your battery voltage with a meter or maybe even the dash meter and see if it drops at all when you try to start it. If the voltage doesn't move, you're not even hitting the starter and your problem may be as suggested above. Fuses? Good luck.
