I have a 2007 Tahoe and the door handle broke in the inside of the drivers door and I took it to the GM dealer and they wanted $140 for the part. It was just the damn cable and you cant buy only that you have to buy the whole actuator lock mechanism. So I found the part on gmpartsdirect.com and got it for $101.18 and you can take the cable apart from the actuator. Can you say rip off on GM's part. Just incase you ever run into this problem.
