i just purchased a 2010 crew cab with the 4.8L in it and was just curious about what exhaust would sound best on it. dont want anything to loud but not quite either.

 

To keep it legal, IMO, add a cherry bomb extreme. For 60 bucks it will sound really good and flow just as good as a flowmaster.

I have a 2008 5.3 with a series 50 single in/ dual out system. It rumbles nicely.

flowmasters dont flow for ****, they sound decent... i would get a magnaflow or gibson exhaust system before i got a blowmaster. or if you just want a muffler and not the system look at the dynomax bullet muffler, you can find them all day for about 30-60 bucks, they sound way better than a flowmaster and cherry bomb, and dont ware out like a cherrybomb can.
