2011 Silverado, underhood fuse block information
Can I lift the underhood fuse block and maybe unplug a connector on the ECM (under the dash) without setting any codes?
I would like to check for voltage at a couple of pins. I will have to turn on the ignition and the rh turn signal with them removed.
I want it to start after I put it back together.
Yes its under warranty, just 60 miles to the dealer.
Thanks for your time.

I guess is depends on what you want to unplug. Personally, I wouldn't mess with it if the truck is a 2011, under warranty. If you have an issue, take it back is what I'd do.
But in all honesty, it's hard to say. I really wouldn't unplug anything from the PCM if you're worried about setting codes, or worried about it starting again.

Okay folks,
Maybe some good FYI.
This is the type of (lack of info) that we face at the mercy of the factories that make
vehicles. The problem was the fuse list or labeled "CTSY". (courtesy) Nothing referring
to the RH turn signal.

If I'm not mistakin', wouldn't a wiring diagram show the fuses that your turn signal circuit is ran though? So wouldn't that mean that the factories (aka General motors) actually did tell you about it?
EDIT: actually I'm looking in ChiltonPro and I don't see any wiring diagrams for it ... Nice to know, though.
