I have some rust issues with frame. The major one I see is the cross member that is round that is attached to tank, exhaust and right shock. It rusted in half. I am going to take off bed but I want to know in advance what I’m heading for . I can weld and have all tools but what is the availability of these parts underneath? I see many parts for 2007 down but not 2008 up ? Any help would be appreciated. Would love a step by step on bed removal and yes I have a torch. I have removes a few fords but this is my first GM . Truck runs great shift great but also has a check engine light with the EV system? I figured with bed off replace it all. just a little over 120000 miles but I have some work to get cleanedi want to save it . But I don’t want to lose my butt if parts are not readily available. . I live near the ocean and this shows. Thanks Doug
