93 5.7 tbi injector is throwing so much fuel that the ruck is flooding out.

I tried changing the injectors but still doing it. New fuel pump installed. Only one of the two injectors is doing it. if I disconnect the wires to it then the truck runs but lean and with it connected it runs but damn rich. HELP.

 

sounds like a fuel pressure regulator.......to me...I dont remember if there are 2 on a 93 or not.....for some reason I want to say there arent but it wouldnt make sense otherwise.....are you sure you got the right injectors????? one could be bad out of the box.
