I have a 2000 sierra 4x4 ext cab roughly 220 000kms. I am now having the transmission go into serious slippage or you could say neutral wnen going from second to drive (3rd) but is also not right in 1st-2nd any body have any info on this problem. I guess its rebuild time but if there is servo or electronic issues then I would be happier. Also fluid smells burnt. Any info would help.

yes the engine light was on and truck ran rough low on power sometimes great other times any info would be great thanks.
