Default 89 Chev 350

Alright, I have an 89 Chev with a 5.7 350 in it and I have a question about the hose that goes from the valve covers back to the carb. The hose seems to be building up with a residue that looks like a mix of oil and water (that white sludge). Im not sure why it would be doing that but I'm also losing coolant, so i have a strong feeling that my lost coolant is mixing somewhere in my motor and coming up through that hose. I check my oil regularly and there are no signs of water mixing in my oil pan. Also I changed the oil about 2 weeks ago and found no signs in there as well.

I dont know if anyone has ever heard of this but I thought I'd post to see.

I had a similar problem with my 91, just make sure you have no clogs or cracked hoses.

well its not really a small seep but, give about 20- 30 min and ill see if i can get a pic up cause I'm fairly new to trucks and it would probably be easier if you looked at it.

EDIT: well my camera is giving me problems now

Anyways there seems to me like there is more stuff in that hose than there should be.

Another question I have is about the rear end. I have no idea what is in the rear I'm assuming whatever it is its stock, but if I'm making a quick stop or a hard stop and I get the rollback like normal except there is a big "thud", I was thinking maybe driveshaft problem but I could be wrong.
