Hi, I'm new to this forum and so far it looks like its a pretty informative place, so I wanted to see if anyone has had this sort of problem before.

Basically, the truck idles very low, the engine kinda shakes, and then shuts off if I'm, say at a traffic light for an extended period of time. I've noticed that this happens very rarely when I have a full tank of gas.

I recently had an oil change and a tune up performed, but neither seemed to make any difference on this issue. Thanks to all in advance.

 

Need to check fuel pressure friend. Get a fuel psi guage and check first b4 you start replacing parts that are not broken.

 

i was talking to a friend that had the same problem on his truck and his ended up being the injectors. im not an expert but it worked for him.
