stutter shuts off when hot help?

Default stutter shuts off when hot help?
ok my truck stuters when doing 60-65 @ 2000rpms then when it gets hot it just shuts down then wait for 5mins starts up again drive for a little bit then shuts down again. got my tranny rebuilt bout a month ago, replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator, plugs, wires and o2sensors.

What do you mean by hot? Are you saying it's overheating?
