96 sierra 350 rear seal replacement

hey fellas does anyone know if a 96 1/2 ton sierra 5.7 two wheel drive has a one peice rear engine seal also will it be neccasary to remove the oil pan, any help will be appreciated. thanxs

its a 1-piece seal..the oil pan is fine...remove the tranny
