So I went to pull a buddy out of the mud the other day. With my tires on dry dirt I pulled the strap tight against his truck and tried to accelerate but my truck would only go to about 1600 rpm even with my foot pressed to the floor. I unhooked and in two wheel tried to brake stand and the same thing 1600 rpms and the tires wouldnt even break loose on dirt. Any one know what this could be? Possible bad Torque converter? Clogged Cats? The truck seems to drive okay other than seemingly less power than other trucks.

Also I have been getting a PO420 code in the past couple of weeks which will go away for a while after being cleared but come back eventually
