Default 98 K1500 front shaft leaking

Guys, I have a leak on my front shaft on the drivers side. It is the end of the actual axel shaft, not the CV shaft.

It leaks right onto the big ring and then slings up to the manafold and then burns to a nice manly smell. I love it! J/K.

Now should I also replace the bearing as well as the seal or what?

Does anyone have a diagram of the axel parts and how they are put together so I can do this fix as fast as possible? I just don't want any surprises. I have torn down regular axels before, non like these ones. This IFS stuff needs to go!

Once again thanks for the help in advance.

Man that thing doesn't help at all! It doesn't even have the part that I need to replace. Thanks for the help though.

I think I just need to replace the seal. I just really want to know if there is anything that I need to know before I start tearing into the front diff?
