My 99 1500 is making a ticking sound like the blinker is always on. All of the turn signals work including the hazards but the ticking sound they make stays on 24/7. I replaced the electronic flasher (I think that's what it's called, it's a little black box) and checked all the fuses. Any advice is appreciated.
