When it is hot outside and very hot inside the cab, when I start my truck the fan goes up to 4 bars and stays there. If I turn the temp up a deg then back to the original temperature the fans goes full speed. But never reaches full speed if I don't adjust the temperature. I had it in for service once but replacing the right and left actuators does not appear to have worked. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

 

Is it bigger than a bread box?

 

Forgot to mention this was for the automatic climate control.

 

I am clueless. The only thing I can think of is the auto climate control is working either correctly or incorrectly. Good luck.
