better rear suspension?
Im currently in the process of getting everything ready to get my truck lifted 2-2.5" and Im wondering if a rear leaf spring(maybe out of a1/2 HD)change or add-a-leafwould be better than just sticking a spacer block in there? Also i've read some comments on the "full-size site" and all those guys are so opposed to using different torsion keys, they say just crank the torsion bars. Whats the big deal about leveling keys
you can crank your torsion bars a little without getting into trouble, but you can't crank the stock bars and keys all the way to leveling the truck or you'll run into angle problems and alignment issues
well, iknow my buddy cranked his all the way and has snapped 6 axles in 6 months because his angles are so far off... then again, i personally don't even have torsion bars...
add-a-leaf (or just a bigger pack) would be "better" i guess, because there's no chance of the block coming out or anything like that, but very few people find the extra price justifiable versus blocks
