.............I second that. System, and later on a suspension lift or at least leveling kit.

 

Well sounds like i will go with a head unit and speakers. And save up for a good 6 inch suspenion lift later and then get some 35inch tires. Maybe next summer. So what are good 6 inch suspenion lift?

 

I had a Tuff Country Easy Rideon my 97 silverado and i loved it.I never hadany problems with it. The flex was AWESOME!! I had a ton of travel in the front and back, and the ride was still really smooth but then again it was an Easy Ride. haha That would be my choise if i were going to lift my truck i have now. And on mine the 35's rubbed a little on the big bumps until i leveled the front end and all i did with that was raise the tortion bars. Then they fit like a glove!

 

Lift equals tires. Stereo equals instant enjoyment.

 

skyjacker, superlift, and fabtech are all good... rancho is good but overpriced... rough country is cheap (in more ways than one)

 

RCD are supposed to be good as well. All bolt on, and alignment isues. Also remember lift = bigger tires = new gears or no go.
