Default Body repair question

I recently had a small accident with hitting a pole and the bumper bent in a few inches and is now scrapping against the tire a little.

Does anyone have any idea of how I can bend out the bumper? I tried using a metal pole, but it's not budging. I even tried the jack. When I called a shop the only person who even gave me an estimate over the phone told me 400-600 dollars, which has to be BS to bend a bumber a few inches out of the way.

the damage isn't even that major, you can only notice when you get up close, yet it's enough to rip the tire when turning. Anyone know of how to fix it, or at least how much it would cost? It's a 94, 1500.

Default RE: Body repair question

those a re a pain to straighten out. Its better to heat the metal up with a cutting torch and try to bend it back into shape. Honesty I would just take it off and buy a different one.
A lot less work. Good Luck
