Default Cleaning a descreened MAF

One more question before I install the descreened MAF...
What do I clean the sensors with?
What kind of cleaner?
Can you get it at an autoparts dealer or do you have to go to a computer electronics store?
And then do you wipe it down or just let it dry naturally?
I figure I better clean it before I install it right?

They have a MAF sensor cleaner (I think CRC makes it) or you can use throttle body cleaner (DO NOT USE CARB CLEANER!)

Thanks for the cleaning information. Why not use carb cleaner? Isn't it the same as throttlebody cleaner?

Once again thanks for the input Rxsteven. And also for the input on the other answers too in the other thread about: Why you would not run a descreened MAF. I think I just accomplisshed tying the 2 threads together didn't I? By the way were are you located at rxsteven? Just curious. I am located in Houston, Texas. Where is every one else located also?
