I prob wouldn't go with the Zo6 cam, maybe a mild Crane Cam like their truck cam. Unless the Z06 cam would be really worth it I mean my truck is no hot rod but I want some more out of the engine. Would the extra cost of a Z06 cam and stronger rods and springs be worth it?
Z06 cams give good returns and can picked up for about $150 to $200 used. You would also need a tune if you replace the cam. And I think Full House was trying to be funny because you said 'spring' (singular) but he messed his own joke up by posting a picture of a pushrod. That aside, I think you would enjoy a Z06 cam. They work really well in the trucks. Get a 2002 or newer. The specs changed in 02.
