I have a 2000 Silverado and recently my gear lights (The Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive etc and digital vehcile mileage) is flickering. The rest of the console lights stay on, and if I hit the top of the dash the display comes back for a little while. I'm positive it's a bad solder connection but I need to know how to access the dash. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thank you!

 

welll..its solid state...not much of crap can be done besides replacing the cluster
