Default Disc brakes

Ok, i have an 06 sierra with a 4.3, and i was wondering what yall thought would be the easiest (by that i mean cheapest) way to jack up the torque and HP?

Plus, Im trying to go downa size from the 17 inch rims andwhatever tires are on them. I triedto put some smaller rims on there, but the disc brakes were too big. Ive heard of people being able to grind enough off to fit 16s on there, is that a good idea?

Yea, grinding anything regarding your brakes isn't worth it ...you will wind up killing yourself!
