Hey guys - I am looking at swapping my door mirrors (heated, turn signal, folding, remote) for towing mirrors. The towing mirrors are on a 07 Avalanche (man telescope, heated, turn signal, man fold). My truck is a new body style 07, 3/4 ton Duramax.

Are the mirrors interchangeable?????

 

As it turns out they are. I swapped them today - no easy task. The only snag was the face plates for the door switch paltes were not interchangeable - my small mirrors had the auto-fold switch - the Avalanche towing mirrors were manual. So I kept my door faceplate (the auto-fold button no longer works) the 07 Avalanche has the mirrors without the proper switch to activate them.
