Electric exterior mirrors

Both mirrors will go down, but not to left,right, or up. Have replaced control switch twice, same results. Please advise. Left mirror was broken, replaced it, same results.

I have the same problem - mine will only go right. I posted a while back but it was mixed in with a much of other stuff and I didn't get any replies. Hopefully someone out there has figured out how to fix this.

The problem was that the new mirror I bought, had the connector plug wired wrong. Every time I tried to operate the left mirror, it would fry the switch.Rewired the plug, replaced the switch, andthey both work now.
