hi guys, could someone post a link on pin and bushing replacement(door), i've never repaired the hinges without bolts.....

 

You need to get replacement pins and bushings (usually you can get them from a local parts store). Then all you need to do is remove the old pins (with the door being supported by something else.) and bushings. Drive in the new bushings and pins. A piece of advice, try not to remove the door spring. Also do on pin at a time. With a little persuation and swearing, it will get done. Good luck. Also what year and model truck do you have?? That will help us determin exactly what to tell you.

 

i have no idea of your tools/knowledge,but thats not an easy job
