In my program at the top off the main page click on that. And then there is a option forMY AVATER you have to upload a picture and then on SET UP PROFILE PHOTO click (use your avatar as profile picture) Picture has to be 145x145 max and 25KB.

Ithink thats how i did mine. Hope that helps.
