Default Edge Evolution Programmer Any Good?

Hey all.

Wanted to know if anyone has used the the new Edge EEC2200 programmer for the new body silverado 6.0 liter. If so. what do you think? Good? What are the pros and cons? Looking at several programmers and trying to figure which one really is the best bang for the buck. Thanks!

I've only read stuff about Edge for their Diesel stuff ...which has been favorable ...

A lot of people on here favor custom tunes. But if you are going to go w/ a hand held, quite a few people on here have, and like, the Diablo tuner.

Best of luck to ya.

I've heard alot of good things about it, but I haven't looked into it that much on my own. I've got a friend who is a dealer sort of. He basically got into it so he could get discounts for him and his buddies. He says he recommends it and has heard nothing but good about it. Supposedly it has more flexability than regular gas programmers or tuners, more like a diesel programmer than a gas. If I understood it right, you could change some of the settings on the fly like on a diesel chip. If you get it, let me know what you think.
