hey, sorry about that delay, for some reason I don't get email notification of replies from this website...

Install was cake! Only thing is, if you want it solid and more permanent you'll have to weld it yourself or swing by an exhaust shop to have them run a bead.

If anyone is interested, I've got my entire kit up for sale actually! Only used for about 2.5 months! Still looks good.
I've just decided to go with a custom set-up that will be routed over the frame rail and through a bolt in exhaust tip on my fiberglass bedside. Should be sweet, but a lot of work, and not compatible with the American Thunder kit.
PM me and we can work something out.

I have mine ran out at a 45 angle in front of my passenger tire and it looks good and sounds great. stock cats no muffler.

I havent noticed any adverse effects on my tire or rim.

in about 10000 miles you will start noticing the affects that it does to your tire and rim.

As far as heat to the tire, unless you are parked and idling all the time, I dont think so. Once you are going down the road the wind is enough to cool off the exhaust. I had it on mine for 3 years and never had problems. Performance wise, I feel it better in front of the tire rather than all the way to the back. More torque. Noise wise, it is louder, in the cab also. But hey if you want more power then your gonna have to make a choice.
