Hey guys, my muffler is rotted completely through, and I'm looking to replace it ASAP. Can anyone tell me the size of the pipe that connects to the stock Y pipe with the cats on it. I think it's 3" but I just want to be sure. I have a guy selling me a New Flowmaster 70 for cheap and I just want to be sure it's the right size.

Sorry I can't help ya, but grab a tape measure and go find out! What you're measuring is the diameter, or the opening of the pipe. You can actually measure it at the tail pipe if you want. As far as I know, there isn't any reductions in size from the stock Y pipe back.
