hey men does the fron drive shaft spin even while the truck it in 2wd

 

yep,its spinning...but the front axles are not engaged in 2wd

 

Argon, it should be free spinning. The transfer case and front diff should dissengage from the axle. Thus saving on fuel becouse of one less thing that is forced to spinn. Kinda like the old manual locking hub part time 4x's, versus the full time 4x's.

 

Thats what I was thinking too.
