fuel gauge not working

my 03 silverado 1500hd fuel guage is not working i changed the fuel sensor in the tank and it still is'nt working any ideas will help i think it might b the gauge but not sure

From what you have mentioned, the problem is most likely with the Stepper Motor for the fuel gauge has gone out/bad and needs to be replaced.
