That is very cool. Sounds like a great project for some of the 2wd guys here.

I was thinking about it but he did say the ride just went to total ****. I'll get a custom alignment I have to get one anyways since my truck got in a head on wreck last week why not pay 15 more. It seems going all out with the undercarrige ain't a good idea. I wish he did more with the engine and transmission though

AutoX is more handling......he focused on his goal......but another couple 100 hp would be a good addition.

I've always wondered what a truck vette would be like.

I've seen one. A guy in town had an early 70's vette that got rearended. Just for the hell of it he rebuilt it with 2 rear axles and a fiberglass truck bed. Looked rediculous.

Know what I mean is just giving a single cab short bed the best in performance from speed to cornering. A fast truck that handles well, I guess just modded all out.

If I were to build one I'd find a newer S-10 and completely re-do the suspension, throw a 5 speed and a Vette motor in it and call it a day. Either that or find a Cyclone or Typhoon. Speaking of which, every once and a blue moon GM releases a real wild vehicle for a few years and then nothing. They should keep the ball rolling on something. Remember the T-Type?
