header, why

my brother in law installed headers on his 6.9 hd. said he noticed the differnce from his cat back system. what are the benifits from headers

headers give you better exhaust flow, and they can help reduce engine bay temps sometimes, and when used in conjuction with other things can be quite nice and noticeable

I've heard but never seen or experienced it but they say that with the 8.1 you can be going 60 down the highway and get on it and it will break the back tires loose. Whether its true or not its still awesome
