Default Heating issue

Hey guys I’m hoping you can help me with a little problem that I’m have with my 2004 sierra 3500 diesel. It has dual climate control, now when I have the heater on the driver side blows cool air and the passenger side blows normal to any temperature I have it set at but if I put the driver side up to 32 it still blows cool air. Now I hoping that someone on here knows the answer to this little /big problem I have here….

Thanks

Kyle

Sounds like a blend door not opening or closing. Its run by an electric motor. Thats my guess friend. Im not for sure but you might ask around if ur truck has blend motors since it has dual climate control. They are inside the dash.
