Default Help needed: "Gasket" on CPU

I just got my cutom tuned from Wheatly ...got the stock CPU out and it's time to pop in the new one ....

How the heck do you get the rubber gaskets back on? grrrr

I only got to drive it around the block once and I had to come back to work. I will post the results when I get home ...one thing I did notice right off the bat ...it's idleing higher now....It was at about 500rpm ...now it's at 1000.

......................................what? Something is wrong dude. Maybe it just needs to warm up and get used to the new program. It definitely shouldn't stay idleing at 1000rpm.

Yea ...I thought it was a bit odd. My drive home is about 15 minutes ....I'll take a longer way home too and monitor it on the way home. ... I'm leaving now.

Wow ...it's like a new truck. It's ideling at 500 rpm like it was ....acceleration is faster, tranny is stiffer, shifting better.

I'm impressed!
