Default Help! Torsion bar? Key broke or what?

1990 K1500 4x4 187k miles

I went out to my truck and the front was way low. The left side is bottomed out on the rubber bumper. Is this a broken key? Of course its all slush because we just had a big storm. But I jacked it up and the bar is still there... I pryed on it with a big pipe and it's solid. Ive had lots of these chevys but never had a problem with any of the torsion bars before. I can do most stuff but dont know a darn thing about this. Any info anyone could give me would be great. She's an old beater for around town and plowing just my driveway so I dont want to spend much. thanks Chevy rocks! (GMC too!)

if its not a broken ball joint..it must be the eccentric that the bar locks into...back at the rear where the adjustment bolt is
